After almost a week long process, Creative Carnival Season 2 – an intra university business competition organized by East West University Creative Marketing Club came to an end on the 2nd of April, 2018. Creative Carnival Season 2 mainly focused on entrepreneurship, sales, branding and integrated marketingcommunication. For the first and second round the participants had to submit their business plans and sell their products on the campus premises. For the final round the top 5 teams presented their ideas to the judges.
FoadHasan, Merchandising Manager, Unilever Bangladesh Limited and Hussain M Elius, CEO, Pathao were the esteemed judges for the finale that took place on the 2nd of March, 2018. All the 19 participating teams had absolutely brilliant ideas. However only the very best made it to the finals. The top 5 teams presented their ideas in front of the judges and were evaluated and ranked.
The core focus of this competition was to encourage the young minds towards entrepreneurship. Besides this, the mission was to give them an overall idea about the elements and factors they need to consider, if in future they want go for a start-up of their own. Despite majority of the students being very new to this field, they did an extraordinary job once again proving nothing is impossible if humans set their mind into it.
